Confirming or rejecting Cloud Shop requests

Confirming or rejecting Cloud Shop requests

Information: When users request the booking of a new service or the access for an already booked service from their administrator or app manager in the menu item Cloud Shop, the administrator or app manager receives a request via email and via system notification. The administrator or app manager can confirm or reject the new request in the menu item Cloud Shop Requests.

Confirming Cloud Shop requests

To confirm a request as an administrator, follow these steps:

  1. Open the app Administration.

  2. Open the menu item User Management > Cloud Shop Requests.

    • Select the request and click Confirm.
      Note: If your company has not booked the requested service yet, you can go to the menu item Cloud Shop directly.
    • Click Visit the Cloud Shop to book the requested service.
      Note: If your company has already booked the requested service, you can assign this service to the user directly.
    • In the left column, select the access rights for the appropriate service.
    • Assign the access rights for the service to the user using the arrow key.
    • Click OK.
The user will be informed about the confirmation of his request via a system notification and via email.You can find details about confirmed requests in the tab Completed.

Rejecting Cloud Shop requests

To reject a request as an administrator, follow these steps:

  1. Open the app Administration.

  2. Open the menu item User Management > Cloud Shop Requests.

    • Select the request and click Reject.
    • If needed, specify the Rejection Reason and click OK.
The user will be informed about the rejection of his request via email.You can find details about rejected requests in the tab Completed.
