General information

The Monitoring tab in the Classic Java Frontend included elements like the Control Center, Solution Monitor, Process Monitoring, Scheduler, Sequence and Critical Section Monitors, the Adapter Monitor, an Alerting overview, and access to the Log Files.

These functionalities are covered by the following Web UI apps.

Process Monitor

This application makes it possible to see which processes have run on the BIS and their statuses. A customizable dashboard can be utilized to get an overview. In addition, different actions can be executed, for example, restarting or terminating a process.

Elements which can be monitored are:

• Processes and channels

• Critical Sections, Sequences, and Smart Retry Status

Control Center

The Control Center is a web-based application for managing and monitoring BIS adapters. Also, adapter interaction can be executed from this app.

Elements which can be managed and monitored are:

• Adapters

• Scheduler task executions

• Alert events

Log Inspector

The Log Inspector is the application used to access the log files of the system.
