Making a change request for trading partner onboarding
  1. Make a change request at the Service Desk.

    > Making a change request

    • Select the Priority "Non-Critical".
    • Select the Product "Communication Service".
    • As subject, write "Onboarding trading partner".
  2. Provide the contact data of your trading partner.

  3. If available, provide the datasheet for the protocol used by your trading partner and the corresponding certificate.

You will receive an email once the request has been closed and the connection is working.

SEEBURGER will perform the following tasks:

  • get in touch with your trading partner

  • exchange technical data sheets

  • configure the trading partner‘s EDI master data on the Cloud Gateway

  • perform a connectivity test on the Cloud Gateway

  • perform troubleshooting until the connection works
