Activating the test service

The test service will return all messages that you send to the SEEBURGER Cloud. You can use the test service to check whether the configuration of your cloudlink and your EDI system is correct. If you receive the returned messages from the SEEBURGER Cloud, the test was successful and you can activate the cloudlink to send messages to your routing partners.

Warning: If you activate the test service for a cloudlink with the state Active that is currently being used to send or receive messages, no messages will be delivered to your routing partners.

To activate the test service, follow these steps:

Prerequisite: You must have created a cloudlink to activate the test service.
  1. Open the app B2B Directory.

  2. Open the menu item Cloudlinks > Own Cloudlinks.

  3. Select your cloudlink from the list and click Activate Test Service.

  4. Click Yes to confirm that with an active test service no messages will be sent to routing partners and all messages sent from routing partners will be queued, and to activate the test service.

  5. The state of the cloudlink changes to Test service activation pending. The activation may take a couple of minutes.

  6. Refresh the page or use the button at the bottom right of the page.

After successful activation, the state of the cloudlink changes to Test service active.You can now send messages to the SEEBURGER Cloud to test your cloudlink.
