Adding technical contacts of partners

Whether it is due to certificate changes or temporary connection issues, SEEBURGER always needs a technical contact to ensure smooth operations. The app B2B Directory provides a feature that allows you to maintain your technical contacts such as partners with active agreements also known as "Managed Partners".

Information: If the menu item Legacy Gatewayis available, you have also connected partners to SEEBURGER via an older access point. Please enter a current technical contact for these partners as well.

Partner contact maintenance is only available and required for the "Managed Partners".

    You have two different options to add partner contacts:

  • manually one by one

  • via CSV import

Adding partner contacts manually one by one

Information: This option is useful if you only have a small amount of partner contacts to add.

  1. Open the SEEBURGER Customer Portal.

    Information: If the SEEBURGERCustomer Portal page is preset to German, you can change the language to English at the top right of the page.
  2. Open the app B2B Directory.

  3. Open the menu item B2B Directory > Routing Partners.

  4. Select a routing partner from the list where the column Technical Contact contains Missing.

  5. Click Edit.

  6. Click New.

  7. Enter at least the email address of the partner contact.

  8. Click OK.

Adding partner contacts via CSV import

Information: This option is useful if you have a larger amount of partner contacts to add.

  1. Open the SEEBURGER Customer Portal.

    Information: If the SEEBURGERCustomer Portal page is preset to German, you can change the language to English at the top right of the page.
  2. Open the app B2B Directory.

  3. Open the menu item B2B Directory > Routing Partners.

  4. Click Export > Contacts to download a CSV file containing all B2B entries and already existing partner contacts.

    Note: The CSV file only includes B2B entries and partner contacts if any already exist. If they do not exist, skip to step 7.
  5. Check that the CSV file contains an email address for each partner.

  6. Add all missing email addresses.

    Note: Please note that the email address is mandatory for uploading the CSV file in the next steps. This means every CSV line for a partner must include an email address. If you do not know the email address of a partner contact, delete this line from the CSV file.
  7. Click Import Contacts.

  8. If you do not have a CSV file prefilled with B2B entries and partner contacts you can use our CSV template.

    • Click Download CSV Template.
    • Enter at least the Company Name, B2B Directory Entry and E-Mail for each partner contact you want to add.
  9. Click Upload….

  10. Choose the CSV file including the partner contacts you want to upload.

  11. Click Apply.
