Registering via invitation

To use the Supplier Portal Service, you must first register in the SEEBURGER Customer Portal. Please only register via an invitation so that your user account can be assigned to the correct company account and linked to the app Supplier Portal. You will receive invitations via email, the sender is always an email address from SEEBURGER.

Note: The first person to register via an invitation automatically becomes the administrator of the company account. This person can then authorize other users as administrators.

To register via an invitation, follow these steps:

  1. Click the registration link in the invitation you received from SEEBURGER.

    Information: If the SEEBURGER Customer Portal is set to English, you can change the language to German in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Complete your account data.

    • Fill in the mandatory field Password.
    • Fill in the mandatory field Confirm Password.
  3. Confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy policy and the Terms of use by setting a check mark.

  4. Click Finish Registration.

    You will be automatically logged in to the SEEBURGER Customer Portal.
    The app Administration with menu Start opens.
  5. Click My Services > Supplier Portal > Open >>.

    Note: It is important that you open the app Supplier Portal directly after registration as described so that all settings made by your customer in advance are applied and your user account is correctly linked to the app Supplier Portal.
