You can download certificates from the description of a corresponding calendar event of the category SEEBURGER TLS Certificate Change. You will receive information about the certificate change beforehand via email. You can download the certificate in the Event Calendar.

To download a TLS certificate, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the SEEBURGER Customer Portal.

2. Click on the link Open "Service Monitor" for more details in the section Upcoming Events in the app Administration.

   The Event Calendar opens.

3. Check that the events of the category SEEBURGER TLS Certificate Change are activated in the Event Categories menu.

4. Find the particular change event.

5. Hover over the displayed event with your cursor to see further information about this event.

6. Click on the link Download certificate.
