Depending on the transport type used, SEEBURGER supports different types of delivery confirmations/acknowledgement messages based on the Peppol 4-corner model.
You can receive an acknowledgement message depending on the chosen transport protocol:

For messages received by SEEBURGER (corner 2), you can receive an acknowledgement message for the protocols AS2 and SLMP. For messages received by the access point (AP) of the recipient, you can receive an acknowledgement message via your REST service. Peppol does not support acknowledgements from the recipient side (corner 4).
In case of an error during the transfer, you can receive a notification via email. You can use the app B2B Directory to configure your notifications.
