As a certified Peppol Service Provider, we are obliged to check all outgoing messages for syntactical correctness. This error occurs when a message has not passed the compliance check.
This usually indicates incomplete or invalid data that you need to correct, e.g. invoice recipients, items, tax calculations etc.
Please download the compliance check report to get more information about the invalid parts of the message.
Open the app B2B Routing.
Open the menu item Search > B2B Routing Service.
Set the search conditions to find the affected message.
Click Search.
Select the affected message.
Click Options > Attachements.
Select the file ending with "COMPLIANCE_REPORT.html".
Click Download attachement.
