The MapTable Manager is part of your BIS system. Maptables are used for simple mappings in addition to complex mappings of the BIC Mapping Designer.

If you want to locally test the mappings that use maptables, you need to export these maptables from the MapTable Manager and import the maptables (map files) in the BIC Mapping Designer. That means, you cannot access the maptables in the iPaaS system from the BIC Mapping Designer directly.
