If you have booked Message Tracking, a standard group Message Tracking User is available in the app User Management Service (UMS), which you can use to give your users access to the app Message Tracking.

If you have booked Message Tracking add-ons, you have additional Message Tracking roles in the app User Management Service which you can also assign to your users via groups.
