The app Message Tracking leverages profiles to navigate and examine message tracking data. It offers the tool Profile Designer for the creation and administration of custom profiles. Through profiles, administrators can predetermine search parameters, as well as define the layout of resulting overview tables and detail views. Profiles are tied to the logical system they are created in with the Profile Designer.

This add-on is not included in the standard Message Tracking. If you have booked the add-on Profile Designer, you will receive the following role Message Tracking Profile Designer that you can assign to your users via groups.

If you assign the role Message Tracking Profile Designer to a user, two new menu items will be displayed to them in the app Message Tracking: Profile Designer and Menu Layouts.
