Why is there no invitation email in the inbox?

Why is there no invitation email in the inbox?

    If a user was invited to the company account and did not get an invitation email there could be different reasons for it:

  • The option Send Invitation for the field On Save was not selected by the user creating the new user account.

  • The invitation email was labeled as SPAM.

  • The user creating the new user account entered the email address of the new user with typos.
