Each app in the SEEBURGER BIS Portal comes with its own dedicated set of rights. This means that in order to authorize a user for certain functions in an application, these rights must be made available to them.
In the SEEBURGER BIS Portal, users cannot be directly assigned rights. Instead, a variety of individual dedicated rights are utilized. To make these manageable, these rights are bundled into roles. With each booking of a SEEBURGER service, the corresponding roles are made available to you.
These roles are further organized into groups and can be assigned to one or more users. Users can also be assigned to one or more groups. To grant specific rights to a user, you must assign the user to the group with the corresponding roles.
