Checking the details of booked services

Administrators can check the booking history and the contract data for the services booked by their company in an overview.

Note: If a service with available add-ons has been booked, these add-ons are also displayed in a separate tab.

To check the details of booked services, follow these steps:

Open the app Administration.
Open the menu item Company Management > Services.
Open the service with a double-click.
- Select the tab Booking History to check the booking details.
  Note: If the service is a test option, you can end the test period for this service early by clicking Upgrade Booking.
- Select the tab Service Details to check the contract details of the booking.
- Select the tab Available Add-ons to check the add-ons available for the service.
  Note: If the service is bookable via the menu item Cloud Shop, you can book the add-ons directly with Change booking.
