Requesting a dedicated service manager

In the menu item Contact Us, you can find information about our Service Management team and our Support team (Service Desk). You can also request a dedicated service manager there.

If you have requested a service manager, you can find out whether the booking process has been completed and a service manager has already been assigned to you or whether we are still working on it. As long as you have not yet been assigned a service manager, you can contact the service management team (servicemanagement_ms@seeburger.de). If you have been assigned a service manager, you will find all the important information about your personal service manager in the menu item Contact Us, for example their name and email address.

To request a service manager, follow these steps:

  1. Open the app Administration.

  2. Open the menu item Contact Us.

  3. In the section Dedicated service manager (fee-based option), click Request information or service manager.

    Information: This button is only displayed if a service manager has not yet been booked for your company.
  4. Enter your request in the field Comment.

    Note: Here you can let us know that you would like to request a service manager or ask questions about our Service Management services.
  5. Click Send.

Information: You can repeat this process to send us further questions or to update your service manager request.
