In the menu item Contact Us, you can find information about our Service Management team and our Support team (Service Desk). You can also request a dedicated service manager there.
If you have requested a service manager, you can find out whether the booking process has been completed and a service manager has already been assigned to you or whether we are still working on it. As long as you have not yet been assigned a service manager, you can contact the service management team (servicemanagement_ms@seeburger.de). If you have been assigned a service manager, you will find all the important information about your personal service manager in the menu item Contact Us, for example their name and email address.
To request a service manager, follow these steps:
Open the app Administration.
Open the menu item Contact Us.
In the section Dedicated service manager (fee-based option), click Request information or service manager.
Enter your request in the field Comment.
Click Send.
