At SEEBURGER, support is provided via the SEEBURGER Service Desk. You can call us, send an email to servicedesk@seeburger.com or open a ticket via the SEEBURGER Service Desk.

You can also find all contact details of the support team directly in the SEEBURGER Customer Portal > app Administration, in the menu item Contact Us > section SEEBURGER Service Desk.

Additionally, you can access a read-only overview of your support tickets in the app Service Monitor, which is available via the link Service Monitor in the same section.
