Information: The first user of a company who registers in the SEEBURGERCustomer Portal automatically becomes the administrator of the company account and can invite further users. App managers can also invite users, but to a limited extent. |
There are 3 options for inviting users to the SEEBURGER Customer Portal:
Via email address, which allows you to either select services, organization units and additional permissions one by one or assign them by selecting a reference user with the invitation. Personal data like the name has to be added after the invitation by the users themselves.
This option is the most common method and is particularly suitable for inviting individuals or a small number of persons simultaneously who should be assigned the same services, organizational units and additional permissions.

Via extended CSV import, which allows you to either select services, organization units and additional permissions one by one or assign them by selecting a reference user with the invitation. You can additionally upload personal data like the name of a user as a CSV file.
This option is particularly suitable for inviting many people who should be assigned the same services, organizational units and additional permissions.
> Inviting users via extended CSV import
Via direct CSV import, which does not allow you to select services, organizational units and additional permissions one by one with the invitation, but you can still assign them by selecting a reference user. All invitation details as well as personal data like the name of a user, are entered exclusively in a CSV file, which can then be uploaded.
This option is particularly suitable for inviting many people for whom you already have reference users with the desired services, organizational units and additional permissions. For each person you enter in the CSV, you can decide individually which reference user you want to assign. Additionally, you can select the language of the invitation and you can assign admin rights.
