Changing partner master data via SEEBURGER Cloud Gateway
  1. Make a change request at the Service Desk.

    > Making a change request

    • Select the Priority "Non-Critical".
    • Select the Product "Communication Service".
  2. Provide the changes of your trading partner‘s master data, for example certificate changes.

You will receive an email once the request has been closed and the changes are implemented.

SEEBURGER will take care of the following tasks:

  • Analyzing the change requirements,

  • Performing the master data changes on the Cloud Gateway,

  • Performing troubleshooting with the trading partner if something goes wrong.
