Editing a support or change request
  1. Log in to the SEEBURGER Service Desk: https://www.seeburger.com/services-training/support-services#c10767.

  2. Click INCIDENTS.

  3. Select the request you want to edit.

  4. In the footer section, click Edit to edit your request.

    Information: It is not possible to edit or delete existing descriptions or attachments in an already submitted request.
  5. In the section Communication history, click .

    • Enter a comment.
    • Click Attachments > Add attachment to add an attachment.
  6. Click Send.

    • Click the checkmark icon to see the request in an overview.
    • Close the request with the X symbol.
