Closing a support or change request
  1. Log in to the Service Desk: https://www.seeburger.com/services-training/support-services#c25292.

  2. Click INCIDENTS.

  3. Select the request you want to close.

  4. In the footer section, click Edit.

  5. Click Close case.

    You will see your request in an overview.
  6. Close the request with the X symbol.

You will be informed via email that your request has been closed.
