Make a change request at the Service Desk.
Provide the contact data of your trading partner.
If available, provide the datasheet for the protocol used by your trading partner and the corresponding certificate.

Note: You can now add an entity for the new trading partner on your BIS and enter the SEEID of your trading partner there. |
SEEBURGER will perform the following tasks:
Get in touch with your trading partner,
Exchange technical data sheets,
Configure the trading partner‘s EDI master data on the Cloud Gateway,
Perform a connectivity test on the Cloud Gateway,
Perform troubleshooting until the connection works.
