Specifying other email recipients

By default, every user receives notifications from the app Supplier Portal, for example to be notified on new orders received. You can specify other recipients for these notifications instead or in addition. You can specify individual persons or distribution lists.To specify other email recipients, follow these steps:

  1. Open the app Supplier Portal.

  2. Click Settings > Supplier.

  3. Select the table entry.

  4. Click Edit.

  5. In E-Mail-Notifications area, click Email Adresses.

  6. Enter an email address as the recipient for the notifications.

  7. Press the enter key on your keyboard.

    Information: You can enter as many email addresses as you like.
  8. From Language, select the language in which the notifications are sent to the specified recipients.

  9. Click Save.
