In the menu item Contact Us, you will find information about our Service Management team and our Support team. You can also request a service manager there. If you have requested a service manager, you can find out whether a service manager has already been assigned to you or whether we are still working on it. If you have been assigned a service manager, you will find all the important information about your personal service manager in the menu item Contact Us as well, for example their name and email address.
To request a service manager, follow these steps:
Open the app Administration.
Open the menu item Contact Us.
Click the link text contact us which is highlighted in blue.
Enter your request in the field Comment.
Click Send.
