Add-ons for Message Tracking

These add-ons are included in the standard package:

Add-on

Description

Dashboard

The dashboard provides a variety of useful features for message analysis. It is divided into three sections or dashlets, allowing filtering by direction, message type, partner, and message status. Global filters allow narrowing down dashlets, such as selecting a specific partner or date range. Each dashlet allows further filtering and selection of chart types. A saved configuration can be set as the future start view.

Search

The search function allows users to query tables based on specific criteria or combinations of criteria. Conditions can be used with various operators to check strings, such as "contains", "equals", "is empty" etc.

If the BIS platform utilizes the "B2B Solution" and/or the "INTegration Solution", users have access to predefined search profiles tailored to the needs of each solution. For instance, with the "B2B Solution", users can access all attachments by default, including those from intermediate conversion processes.

In addition, the following add-ons are available:

Add-on

Description

Advanced Search

The advanced search utilizes the SIL Payload and Advanced Search (SPAS) feature, which is a full-text search based on APACHE Lucene. All searches conducted with advanced search enabled utilize the Lucene index for each search condition. The Lucene index contains not only the data of the linked payloads but also the metadata of an entry. The overview data after a search is loaded from the Lucene index.

If the "B2B Solution" and/or the "INTegration Solution" are utilized, predefined search profiles are available for them, similar to the standard search.

Profile Designer

Message Tracking utilizes profiles to search and display stored data. The Profile Designer add-on is available for creating and managing these profiles. With a profile, an administrator can predefine search conditions as well as the overview table and detail view of the results.

Restart

With a button in the search results, the restart of the underlying process in BIS can be initiated. It is possible to define via filters that the button can only be activated when the process status meets specific criteria.

Automations

The system can automate recurring manual search tasks. This requires defining the search criteria and the execution time. Additionally, setting up the repetition and specifying an email text to be sent upon meeting the condition is necessary. As a result, users are informed of the results of their automated searches without needing to log in and use the application.
