Changing user account data

Each user account has three distinguishing features: a unique Login Name used for authentication, an Email Address, and a Full Name, which is used as the display name. Each of these features is editable by users assigned to the group IAM User (global).

To set or change a user’s account data, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the BIS Portal.

  2. Open the app User Management Service.

  3. Open the menu item Users > Accounts.

  4. Select the user whose account data you want to change.

  5. Click Edit.

  6. Enter your changes.

  7. Click Save.
