Deleting user accounts

Note: Deleting a user account will delete all account data and also remove the user from all assignments to organizations, organizational units, and groups. As a result, roles and rights are also no longer assigned to this account.

To delete a user account, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the BIS Portal.

  2. Open the app User Management Service.

  3. Open the menu item Users > Accounts.

  4. Select the user whose account you want to delete.

  5. Click Delete.

  6. To confirm the deletion, click Delete again in the pop-up message.

A success message is displayed at the top of the screen after successfully deleting the user.
