1. Open your BIS Portal.

2. In the field User Name / Email Address, enter the user name or email address connected to your user account.

3. In the field Password, enter your password.

4. Click Login.

   An email from SEEBURGER will be sent to you automatically containing an authentication code.
   Note: The authentication code is 4 characters long and only valid for 5 minutes. If it has expired, please click Request New Authentication Code in the login screen to generate a new one.

5. Look for the authentication code email in your email inbox.

6. Copy the authentication code from the email.

7. Paste the authentication code into the field Authentication Code in the login screen.

   Note: Please make sure not to paste any blank spaces.

8. Click Submit.
