If you want to delete a license, you have to submit a deletion request to SEEBURGER, you cannot delete a license by yourself.
Information: Deletion requests can only be submitted for licenses from the tab Active, except for licenses that have already received the status Deletion request received. |
To submit a deletion request, follow these steps:
Log in to the SEEBURGER Customer Portal.
Open the app BIS License Manager.
In the tab Active, select a license request from the list.
Click Submit Deletion Request.
Click Download Form.
Fill out the form and upload the signed form again with Upload....
Click Submit Deletion Request.
