Deleting licenses

If you want to delete a license, you have to submit a deletion request to SEEBURGER, you cannot delete a license by yourself.

Information: Deletion requests can only be submitted for licenses from the tab Active, except for licenses that have already received the status Deletion request received.

To submit a deletion request, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the SEEBURGER Customer Portal.

  2. Open the app BIS License Manager.

  3. In the tab Active, select a license request from the list.

  4. Click Submit Deletion Request.

  5. Click Download Form.

  6. Fill out the form and upload the signed form again with Upload....

    Note: If the reason for your deletion request is a change of hostname, after the submission of the deletion request, you need to request a new license using the Request License button.
  7. Click Submit Deletion Request.

The status of your license request changes to Deletion request received.You will be informed via email when your deletion request has been processed.
