Sorting tables

You can sort overview tables once or multiple times.

To sort the data of an overview table, follow these steps:

  1. To sort one column click on the column title.

  2. To sort additional columns, click on another column while holding down the Shift key.

    The table is further sorted starting from the first sorting.
    In each column, a number is displayed for the order of sorting.

Note: The arrows indicate whether the table is sorted in ascending or descending order. By default, the table is sorted in ascending order. If you click on the column title again, the table will be sorted in descending order.
