Authentication options in the SEEBURGER Customer Portal

Authentication options in the SEEBURGER Customer Portal

There are two options for user authentication in the SEEBURGERCustomer Portal:

  • Authentication with user name and password in the SEEBURGERCustomer Portal

  • Authentication with single sign-on (SAML)

Authentication without single sign-on

The employees of your company can register themselves or are invited by the administrator of your company. Authentication takes place via the SEEBURGERCustomer Portal.

> Registering by yourself

> Inviting users to the SEEBURGER Customer Portal

Authentication with single sign-on

The employees of your company cannot register themselves in the SEEBURGERCustomer Portal. They have to be invited to the SEEBURGERCustomer Portal by the administrator of your company. Authentication takes place via your SAML Identity Provider (IDP).

If you have not used a single sign-on method so far, but would like to do so in the future, or vice versa want to terminate the authentication with single sign-on, please open a ticket in the SEEBURGERService Desk:
