For companies with more than 1 Peppol participant, it is possible to use multiple Peppol IDs.

The following sections show the different scenarios and how you can realize them in the SEEBURGER Cloud:

Scenario 1

All of your users of the app B2B Routing are allowed to monitor all Peppol messages AND the technical communication for all Peppol IDs takes places via the same connection.

How to implement: You can use 1 B2B entry in the app B2B Directory and add multiple Peppol IDs to this entry in the app PEPPOL.

Scenario 2

All of your users of the app B2B Routing are allowed to monitor all Peppol messages but the technical communication for all Peppol IDs does not take place via the same connection.

How to implement: You need to create 1 B2B entry in the app B2B Directory for each connection and add each Peppol ID in the app PEPPOL to the corresponding B2B entry.

Scenario 3

Not all of your users of the app B2B Routing should be allowed to monitor all Peppol messages.

How to implement: You need to create 1 organization unit in the app Administration for each connection. In the next step, you create 1 B2B entry in the app B2B Directory for each created organization unit. In the app PEPPOL, you add each Peppol ID to the corresponding B2B entry.
